The Fiercest Mind LLC is no longer accepting new clients and will be closing as of 2/28/26. If you need to reach office prior to then call 203-529-4615 and or send medical records request via fax 203-646-5665 for medical records. After the closure, patient records will be transferred to Morgan Records Management, LLC, the official records custodian. Records will be securely maintained for at least 7 years from your last date of service, in compliance with applicable laws.

Sharda Belcher, PMHNP-BC
Sharda Belcher PMHNP-BC, Pronounced {Shar-day}. Grew up in an inner city community, and went to public school . Sharda has been a nurse since 2009. Starting her career as an L.P.N. (Lincoln Tech). She transitioned to a Registered nurse in (2019). and a proud graduate of Naugatuck Community college (Associates degree), Western Governors University (Bachelors Degree), (2020) and Walden University (Masters), 2022 . Sharda is board certified with ANCC.
